The Green River Project

A single asset with exposure to two strategic minerals

American Critical Minerals holds a 100% interest in 11 State of Utah potash and lithium leases, 1,094 federal placer claims, and 11 federal potash prospecting permits — approximately 32,530 acres in Grand County, Utah, 20–30 kilometres west of Moab.

The Project sits in the renowned Paradox Basin, host to the same geological setting as the nearby longest-operating United States solar solution mining potash operation. Cycle 5, the principal potash bed mined there since 1964, extends onto the Green River property.
